The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre

Northumberland National Park's free discovery centre on Hadrian's Wall, with landscape exhibitions, a grassy rooftop walk, an outdoor playscape and a cafe. It is a good base for short walks to the Wall at Steel Rigg and for rainy-day breaks between Roman sites.
