Science
A volunteer-run public observatory on top of a Victorian reservoir near Whitestone Pond, where you can look at the Moon and planets through a historic 6-inch Cooke refractor and a large modern telescope. It opens on clear Friday and Saturday evenings in the autumn and winter, with free tickets released on the day. A memorable evening for curious children.
