Policies

Tumble's standard cancellation policy

Every provider on Tumble follows this policy unless they set their own. A provider's own policy is shown on their page and before you book.

Weekly classes and trials

No refunds for missed or cancelled classes.

Make-up sessions may be offered, subject to availability.

Term-time classes

Fees are payable in advance.

You can withdraw for a full refund up to 14 days before the first session of the term.

Withdrawing later than that gets no refund.

Bookings are generally non-refundable once the term has started.

Leaving midway through a term

Refunds are generally not offered for leaving partway through a term.

Notice requirements may apply.

Holiday camps

Cancellations made with at least 14 days' notice are eligible for a full refund, or credit with the same provider if you prefer.

Between then and the final cut-off, the provider may offer credit at their discretion.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the booking are non-refundable.

One-off workshops and events

Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice may be eligible for a rebooking credit with the same provider.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the provider

If the provider cancels a session and can't deliver what you booked, they will refund you, or offer a replacement session or credit instead if you'd prefer.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that children can become ill and family circumstances can change. Please contact the provider if something unexpected happens. Exceptions may be considered at the provider's discretion.

Credit

Any credit is with the same provider, usually as a one-use discount code they send you.

Tumble's change-of-mind promise

On top of this policy: cancel within 5 days of booking, and at least 14 days before the class (or the first session of a term or camp) starts, and you get a full refund.

None of this affects your legal rights. See also Cancellations and refunds.
